Privacy information

This page explains how Surefoot Houston Driveway Repair handles the information you share through this website, including estimate requests, planning tools and ordinary site visits.

Information in an estimate request

The estimate form collects the service or situation you choose, the property ZIP code, your name, phone number, email address and any message you write. It also records the page you started from, a general traffic source (for example, a search engine or a direct visit) and a submission identifier that prevents duplicate records if a request is sent twice.

Please provide only information relevant to the driveway work. Do not include insurance account numbers, payment details, government identification or unrelated sensitive documents in a message. A general description of a notice or condition is enough to begin the repair discussion.

How request information is used

We use request information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the work, arrange an assessment and manage the project. It is stored in the customer management system we use for inquiries and may be shared with the licensed and insured contractors who assess or perform the work for your property. Submitting a request does not create a work contract and does not sign you up for promotional messages.

Spam protection, hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure pages. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person rather than an automated script; Turnstile may process browser and device signals for that check. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without advertising cookies.

The planning tools work in your browser and do not require contact details. If a tool creates a shareable link, the link contains your tool inputs, so avoid typing personal information into those fields.

Questions and corrections

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask that a request be deleted, contact us through the details on the contact page. We keep inquiry records for as long as they are needed to respond, manage the work and meet business record-keeping needs.
